Product Return Procedure

To return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number within Seven (7) Days of your receipt of the original shipment. No Returns will be accepted without an RMA number showing on the outside of the package. Once issued RMA numbers are valid for Ten (10) Days, within which Ocean Brite Systems must receive the return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA Number on the shipping label of the box containing the returned product.

The Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Ocean Brite Systems. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to pay shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned product will be 100% complete, in re-salable condition and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Ocean Brite Systems Return Procedure will be breached and Ocean Brite Systems will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. Ocean Brite Systems will not refund to the Customer the original shipping, handling and insurance charges. In addition Ocean Brite Systems will access a 15% restocking fee against Customer’s account on all returns for refund.
